Full Hand-Drawn Design Service
This consists of an initial visit to discuss your
requirements and collect a detailed client brief. There will then be a
separate visit to survey the garden and take photographs. Following this
you will be sent ideas in the form of 'bubble drawings'

from which you can choose the parts that you like. A concept
design
click to see a Concept Design will then be drawn to scale,
and you again have the chance to
request changes before the final design
click to see a Final Design is drawn up. The process ensures
that you have input at every stage, and the design becomes a representation
of what you want rather than what the designer would want! The end result
is an individual design that suits your lifestyle and your tastes.
Planting Plans
Whether for complete gardens or individual borders
these are what will really bring your garden to life. As a self confessed
plantaholic I draw on a wide range of plants chosen to suit the conditions.
Your scheme will be designed not only for colour and form but also for scent,
texture and year round interest

Additional Drawings
Section-Elevation drawings, Construction drawings
and/or Axonometric projections can be provided for those who find it
difficult to visualise a base plan

Landscaping and Project Management
During 2007 I began working with a local landscaper who I am
now happy to recommend for the construction of my designs. I can liaise with
him, or your chosen contractors, to project manage the construction and planting
of your garden.

Following the construction of your garden you will
want to know what you have to do to maintain it looking its best.
Written maintenance schedules, individually tailored to your design and
planting, will tell you exactly what you need to do and when you need to
do it
Follow-up Visits
One, two or even three! years after your garden
has been completed, I offer a follow-up visit to discuss any problems
you may have encountered and provide solutions.
Consultation Service
If you do not want to completely redesign your
garden, but just need some advice or ideas, a consultation visit, which
may be followed by a written report, could be the solution.
Postal Design Service or Planting Plans
And last but not least, if you do not live in the
area but like what you have seen so far, I can offer the full design
service and/or planting plans as a postal option. The process runs in a
similar way, but without site visits. You will be given detailed
instructions on how to survey your garden, and asked to submit photographs
and soil samples (if required). I will work closely with you by telephone,
e-mail and post, to ensure the same individualised process. This service
is offered at discounted costs appropriate for the time saved on visits
and survey.
